RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT MISSJUMPIN.COM
We want you to be happy with your purchase from MissJumpin.com.Within 5 days of receiving your purchased item(s), you may exchange or return most merchandise that is undamaged and unworn for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, anytime after purchase.
In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
(However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)
Return MissJumpin.com items by mail Use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience.
- * Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s).
- * Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice.
- * Ship UPS using the preaddressed mailing label. Please insure your package.
- * We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement.
Exchange MissJumpin.com items by mail
You will not be charged for the shipment of your replacement item. Use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience.
- * Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being exchanged and reason(s).

- * Ship UPS using the preaddressed mailing label. Please insure your package.
- * We'll process your exchange within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
- * If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment.
Unfortunately, MissJumpin.com cannot accept items that were purchased from other retail websites or stores. Items not purchased via the website will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. We cannot accept responsibility for these items.
